The Global Foundation for Transgender Rights Protection (GTRP Foundation) invites individuals and/or service providers with relevant experience to submit a quotation for the provision of logistics services for three workshops to be held in Yerevan, Gyumri, and Vanadzor.
Expected number of participants: 25–30 participants per workshop.
The services should include the provision of suitable venues for the workshops, catering for participants, the necessary technical and organizational arrangements, as well as transportation support for participants.
The quotation should provide a detailed description and breakdown of the proposed services and costs, specifying separately the costs for venue rental, catering, transportation, and any other necessary logistics services.
The selection will take into consideration the proposed price, completeness of the services offered, relevant experience, organizational capacity, and the ability to ensure the safety, confidentiality, and comfort of participants.
